Description

You will provide technical expertise for the Collaboration & Mobility team to reduce technical debt and implement Microsoft 365 strategy components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement O365 components to standardize, secure, and modernize the environment.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement changes related to Microsoft service announcements and change management.
• Write and revise technical documentation to support the consolidation and standardization of new processes.
• Manage operational workloads to support strategic initiatives and reduce technical debt.
• Resolve work orders independently by managing IT operations, workflows, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Office 365 Administration and Microsoft Office 365.
• 4+ years of working knowledge in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
• 4+ years of experience managing IT operations, workflows, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration with users and IT teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• M365 expert certification with specialization in Teams, SPO/Skype, Exchange, or Security.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure and System Services environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automation scripts.
