You will develop backend services using Java and manage deployment workflows through CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer demands and insurance market trends into technical IT requirements.
• Assess how market developments impact requirements engineering processes.
• Identify and promote improvements within the requirements engineering lifecycle.
• Proactively identify technical issues and present viable solutions or options.
• Analyze broader business issues to ensure technical alignment with customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Bus architectures.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance market trends.
• Any Graduate degree.
