Description

• Professional experience building products and platforms, with demonstrated ownership and a clear growth trajectory
• Hands-on experience building products or features for enterprise-scale B2B or B2C applications, ideally in SaaS/PaaS environments
• Strong skills in backend or full-stack development in .NET frameworks
• Expertise in GitHub, AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD tooling
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar) to implement tasks, accelerate development, and improve productivity — experience from personal projects or experimentation counts
• Solid understanding of cloud-native development, automated testing, and observability
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A mindset of ownership, continuous learning, and raising the engineering bar
