Description

You will build and maintain web applications using modern distributed systems. You solve ambiguous technical problems and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web applications using Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Design and implement distributed system architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and data science.
• Manage the Agile SDLC process from conception to release.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent bootcamp.
• 4+ years of industry experience delivering web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems and resolving ambiguous technical challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Background working with Data Science partners.
