Description

Design, implement, and maintain core product features, workflows, and backend services in C and Python. You will own the orchestration of multi-step workflows, API contracts, and production-quality engineering practices including testing, profiling, and observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement product features, numerical routines, and user interfaces in C and Python.
• Build orchestration for multi-step workflows, managing project state, job execution, persistence, and versioning.
• Implement robust API contracts and data schemas for results, metadata, and provenance.
• Engineer for production quality through testing, performance profiling, reliability patterns, secure coding, and maintainability.
• Integrate with enterprise data sources, cloud-based systems, and GPUs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of production software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating backend services (REST/gRPC).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted programming and testing.
• Experience in UI and UX development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geometry/CAD ingestion or computational geometry.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud-based development and testing.
• Experience with GPU acceleration, AI Agents, or Hybrid interactive batch execution patterns.
