Description

Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions to support business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure CRM and Dynamic CRM entities, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions for CRM-driven business workflows.
• Support solution enhancements, troubleshooting, and stable operations for Dynamic CRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Use Azure capabilities for deployment, integration, and environment management.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Dynamic CRM configuration and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps development and solution building.
• Deep understanding of CRM customization concepts including security, workflows, and business process configuration.
• Experience supporting CRM solution delivery, testing, and go-live readiness.
• B.E. in Computer Science and Technology, Computer Science Engineering, or Computer Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Azure experience for deployment and integration.
• Power Platform experience beyond Power Apps.
