Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure CRM and Dynamic CRM solutions, including entity setup, security roles, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions to support CRM-driven business processes.
• Support solution enhancements and troubleshooting for Dynamic CRM, ensuring stable operations and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM and Power platform configurations.
• Use Azure capabilities where applicable to support deployment, integration, and environment management.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Power Platform
• CRM and Dynamic CRM configuration and implementation experience
• Power Apps development and solution building for business workflows
• Strong understanding of CRM customization concepts (security, workflows, and business process configuration)
• Experience supporting CRM solution delivery, testing, and go-live readiness

Good to Have:

• Azure experience
• Power platform experience beyond Power Apps

Education: B.E. in Computer Science and Technology / Computer Science Engineering / Computer Technology
