Description

You will focus on automated and manual testing for MuleSoft middleware integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into system test case scenarios.
• Execute integration, pairwise, and operation readiness testing in collaboration with other testing groups.
• Support System Acceptance Testing (SAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing.
• Identify data requirements, execute test cases, and raise defects in Jira.
• Interpret interface error logs, develop corrective actions for bugs, and manage the defect lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Proficiency in Automated Testing using TOSCA or similar automation tools.
• Experience with data mapping for information exchange between interacting HR applications.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets for output file validation and knowledge of various file types/conversions.
• Strong working experience with Jira for defect management and reporting.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and status reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HR processes, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workday, or Cornerstone.
• Experience with HR-related production systems and integrations.
