Description

You will build and maintain critical services using client-server architecture and middleware components. You will execute POCs to improve AWS-hosted applications and migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud. You provide technical direction and mentorship to team members while ensuring all services comply with SDLC policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions for critical services built on client-server architecture using middleware and databases.
• Execute POCs to improve AWS-hosted applications and migrate on-premises applications to the cloud.
• Provide technical direction, design guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with SDLC policies.

Required Skills

• Strong Core Java expertise, including multithreading, performance tuning, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (DB2 or similar).
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Practical knowledge of messaging middleware such as IBM MQ.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and Shell Scripting.
• Experience developing software products deployed on AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming experience.
• AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge.
