Description

You will build, maintain, and migrate critical client-server services to AWS while mentoring the team and ensuring SDLC compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions for critical services using client-server architecture, middleware, and databases.
• Execute POCs to improve AWS-hosted applications and migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Provide technical direction, design guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure all services are delivered in strict compliance with SDLC policies.

Required Skills

• Strong Core Java expertise, including multithreading, performance tuning, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (DB2 or similar).
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Practical knowledge of messaging middleware such as IBM MQ.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and Shell Scripting.
• Experience developing software products deployed on AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming experience.
• AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge.
