Description

You will build a new application to replace a legacy system, owning software components from design through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software components based on requirements and design clarifications from Software Leads.
• Apply expertise to complete project tasks for the in-progress application.
• Participate in requirements gathering meetings for a second application later in the year.
• Provide regular progress updates in daily stand-ups and weekly business owner meetings.
• Track and update work within JIRA Tickets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• High proficiency in Python.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Javascript or a similar front-end framework.
• Experience building RESTful services using Fast API.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.
