Description

You will develop and support portfolio construction and optimization applications for a front-office financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio construction and optimization applications alongside portfolio managers.
• Support existing portfolio construction services and understand data loads and processing.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, quality production code.
• Review and debug peer code to maintain high engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong professional experience using Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Computer Science principles.
• Proven experience with Agile programming methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of performance tuning and service-oriented architecture.
• Familiarity with portfolio construction, wealth management, or financial instruments.
