You will own the full development lifecycle for specific features, ensuring they meet strict performance and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirements analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code tailored to unique customer configurations and needs.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, escalating to senior guidance when necessary.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead knowledge sharing sessions to elevate team capability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in requirements analysis and software development methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a broad project overview.
• Experience participating in client or partner communications.
• Adherence to established release processes and ability to suggest platform improvements.
