Description

You will design, implement, and troubleshoot PLC programs for large-scale industrial applications using Beckhoff Automation software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support PLC system architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting for industrial controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and Austria to integrate HMIs, SCADA systems, and control equipment.
• Perform on-site installations, commissioning, and customer training while ensuring safety protocol compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on project planning and system design.
• Maintain programming standards and best practices for industrial automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
• Advanced proficiency in PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, GE, Omron, or Schneider Electric using structured text.
• Extensive experience with HMI development, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing systems beyond conveyor machinery.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Beckhoff programming language.
• Experience with SQL, TwinCAT3, and Delphi.
• Fluency in German.
