Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Java applications integrated with AWS Connect.
• Implement and maintain contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 12 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient applications.
• Experience with API integrations and cloud-based solutions.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with other AWS services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
