Description

Develop and maintain contact center applications with a focus on AI and copilot functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable .NET applications and AI solutions using LLM technologies.
• Integrate LLM tools, REST APIs, and third-party services within the .NET framework.
• Build and maintain microservices and efficient database structures using SQL or NoSQL.
• Optimize application performance through code refactoring, query optimization, and Redis caching.
• Participate in agile scrum processes, including code reviews and pull request evaluations with a focus on security.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET and .NET Framework.
• Strong experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Engine, or Azure.
• Experience with AWS technologies including Kafka, EKS, or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) workflows and tooling.
• Experience working in international teams with excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redis for caching and query optimization.
