Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET and .NET Core technologies.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems to support business applications.
• Develop and optimize APIs and service integrations to ensure seamless system communication.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Drive backend architecture improvements focused on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, reusable, and production-ready code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture design sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.
• Ensure system reliability, availability, and operational efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvements.
• Contribute to end-to-end software development lifecycle activities and release planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and backend modernization efforts.

Experience Required:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Backend Engineering and Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and .NET Core technologies.
• Experience in developing production-grade backend services and APIs.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and PostgreSQL is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and backend architecture principles.
• Experience with performance optimization and maintainable software development practices.
