Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
• Build and integrate end-to-end full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications aligned with business requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, reliability, and maintainability standards.
• Support application performance optimization and troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in release planning, sprint activities, and delivery management processes.
• Drive continuous improvements in development practices and engineering processes.

Experience Required:

• 8 - 12 years of professional experience in Software Engineering and Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience in designing and developing backend services and APIs.
• Knowledge of ReactJS and frontend development concepts is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.
• Experience with scalable application design and performance optimization.
