Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and operate high-performance, scalable microservices for security orchestration and policy management across enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain service APIs using gRPC/Protocol Buffers and REST/OpenAPI standards for seamless integration.
• Develop cloud-native services designed for Kubernetes deployment and multi-cloud portability across various platforms.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous workflows using Kafka and queueing patterns for efficient data processing.
• Deliver robust data-layer integrations and performance improvements for PostgreSQL and Redis database systems.
• Build platform-grade observability using Prometheus metrics and distributed tracing to support reliability and troubleshooting.
• Improve developer productivity and release reliability by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and build tooling.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers on the team.

Experience Required: 7+ years of experience delivering production-grade services in Go and/or Java with proven experience in microservices and cloud-native environments. Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, scalability, and performance engineering required.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
