Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability software applications.

Create technical designs and engineering specifications for enterprise solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established development standards and best practices.

Perform code reviews and contribute to overall software quality and technical excellence.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks while providing accurate effort estimates.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.

Monitor project progress, communicate risks, and ensure timely delivery of development objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience designing and developing scalable, highly available software applications.

3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language such as:

Java

Python

JavaScript

ACE

IIB/ITX

Informatica

Experience with at least two of the following technologies:

React

Angular (v4+)

Node.js

NoSQL Databases

HTML5

CSS3

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Strong understanding of:

RESTful APIs

HTTPS

JSON

Data Structures and Algorithms

Software Design Patterns

Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Experience with one or more of the following:

Java

Python (Django/Flask)

JavaScript

Go

C#

C/C++

Objective-C

Experience defining system architecture and evaluating technical trade-offs.

Experience translating business requirements, user stories, and design prototypes into production-ready applications.

Demonstrated ability to build fault-tolerant, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.

Experience developing applications within the healthcare industry.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
