Description

You provide technical liaison and first-line support for Data Engineers using Palantir Foundry, resolving bugs and enhancing platform stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve bugs reported by users in collaboration with product engineers.
• Address user inquiries regarding Foundry applications and provide guidance to Data Engineers.
• Contribute to core documentation by clarifying complex concepts and filling content gaps.
• Drive support initiatives to improve the scalability and efficiency of the global support framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark is essential.
• Experience with SQL, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and development best practices.
• Knowledge of code management strategies, including branching and testing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data utilization and analytical software platforms.
• Proven track record in customer support for complex software systems.
