Description

Software Engineer based in Newark, CA, responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise application development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized enterprise-wide software applications to meet business requirements.
• Administer and maintain production systems across multiple technology frameworks to reduce downtime and resolve performance issues.
• Review, fix, and modify software programs to ensure technical accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Coordinate installation, implementation, upgrades, migration, and synchronization of software applications.
• Train end-users on software applications and provide troubleshooting and debugging support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related occupation.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Spring framework.
• Experience with API management tools, specifically Apigee and Postman.
• Hands-on experience with build automation using Maven and JSON.
• Proficiency in version control with GIT and issue tracking with JIRA.
• Experience administering and maintaining Web Services.
• Ability to use Splunk for system monitoring and log analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience adhering to strict software development life cycle processes and best practices.
