Build and maintain quality software solutions using agile and test-driven development practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality solutions independently with minimal supervision.
• Apply agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD) to all workflows.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate business processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and customize customer communications using Quadient tools.
• Manage tickets in Quadient Interactive to customize user output.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flask, and FastAPI.
• Experience with React and microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, MySQL, Parquet, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in API development and consumption using REST, JSON, SOAP, and XML.
• Experience with JDBC, MySQL, and SOA patterns.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Bitbucket, or Subversion and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content rationalization and ADA document compliance.
• Experience converting from other composition tools to Quadient.
