Description

You will build and maintain web-based applications using Node.js, owning the full development lifecycle from API design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Design APIs using OpenAPI and Swagger specifications.
• Implement automated unit and integration testing in JavaScript.
• Manage source control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Git Flow, and BitBucket.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on Amazon Web Services including S3, EC2, Lambda, and API Gateway.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building web-based applications.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience with Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST principles and API design.
• Experience with OpenAPI and Swagger specifications.
• Proficiency in Git, Git Flow, and BitBucket.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Jira.
