You will design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Lead TDD practices by writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance and security.
• Optimize database queries and schemas in MongoDB and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in clean code practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Expertise in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with TDD frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of security practices including JWT, OAuth2, and API security.
• Proficiency in Git version control workflows.
