Description

You will design, implement, and maintain complex software solutions using NodeJS, owning the full development lifecycle. You are responsible for writing high-quality code, leading reviews, and ensuring system reliability through rigorous testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures and implement complex technical solutions using NodeJS.
• Write maintainable code and lead code reviews to enforce quality standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, including deadlocks and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement unit and integration testing strategies to guarantee software quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for design decisions and workflows.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with NodeJS.
• 1-2 years of experience practicing Test Driven Development (TDD) in NodeJS.
• Strong expertise in database design, scaling, ORMs, transactions, and managing deadlocks.
• Experience with real-time communication using WebSockets.
• Proficiency with Git and repository hosting services like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Competency in backend development, database management, and frontend integration.
• Ability to design application infrastructure and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Dockerization, CI/CD pipelines, and SaaS application development.
