Responsibilities

• Drive application and product development while maintaining reliable software standards.
• Lead daily operational activities, sprint planning, and ceremonies with minimal dependency.
• Implement tools and best practices to improve team efficiency and delivery speed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify and execute delivery improvements.
• Monitor project schedules and quality metrics to ensure goal achievement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in development, analysis, or testing.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Restful Web Services and n-tier architectures.
• Implementation of containerization and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Java technologies including JSP, Servlet, J2EE, Hibernate, and JDBC.
• Experience with version control using Github.
• Understanding of software engineering processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ETL and migration processes is preferred.
