Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate and debug Linux Kernel, Android BSP, Android HAL and kernel-level device-driver components.
• Support smartphone board bring-up, including boot flow, Device Tree integration, Android boot and platform stabilization.
• Develop and debug drivers for display, MIPI DSI, touch, USB, audio, sensors, camera, power and charging subsystems.
• Investigate kernel crashes, boot failures, driver defects and hardware/software integration issues using kernel logs, crash logs and debug tools.
• Coordinate with hardware, firmware and Android teams to resolve board-level issues throughout validation and production release.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in BSP, Linux Kernel, Android platform or device-driver development.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Kernel, Linux Kernel Internals, Kernel and Kernel Driver development.
• Experience developing or integrating Android BSP and platform software for smartphone or embedded products.
• Strong understanding of kernel architecture, kernel-level debugging, board bring-up and hardware/software integration.
• Proficiency in C and practical experience with Android HAL, device drivers, boot flow and peripheral integration.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Bootloader, Device Driver, Perfetto or Systrace.

Education:

• B.E., B.Tech, M.E. or M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or a related engineering discipline
