Description

You will design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and systems to support business-critical analytical use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based pipelines that produce reliable, efficient data products.
• Prepare functional and design specifications and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing data systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct code reviews and establish technical standards, conventions, and guidelines.
• Manage area-level risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure quality objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Expert-level Java proficiency.
• Experience with distributed database systems and distributed storage development (Apache Cassandra, Apache Druid, or StarRocks).
• Medium-level proficiency in C++.
• Linux and Bash experience.
• Basic knowledge of Docker.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python.
