Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server.
• Configure and support SAP integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Casper Suite and SAP Suite.
• Identify and resolve application and platform issues.
• Support daily system operations and maintenance.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Coordinate with SAP and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations.
• Support system upgrades and configuration changes.

Skills Required:

• 5-12 years of experience in OpenText administration.
• Experience in Content Server administration and maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP and its integration with OpenText.
• Understanding of Casper Suite and SAP Suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and application support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Additional SAP expertise.

Education: B.Tech or B.E.
