Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot OpenText Extstream-based document processing workflows.
• Implement and maintain integrations between Extstream and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Work with Java and XML to support solution extensions, configuration, and data transformations.
• Analyze processing issues, improve reliability, and optimize performance for document pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver changes through testing and controlled releases.

Skills Required:

• 5-10 years of relevant software engineering experience
• Strong experience with OpenText Extstream development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in backend engineering for document processing workflows.
• Proficiency in Java programming and XML-based configuration.
• Experience integrating Extstream with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of document generation, formatting, and processing pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data transformation and processing logic.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of document workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Good to Have:

• Additional experience with Java and XML in enterprise document automation contexts

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
