Description

You will design and develop Pega applications, implementing business rules, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces. You own the low-level design documents and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines while applying Pega guardrails for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pega applications based on business and functional requirements.
• Implement integrations with enterprise systems and custom Java components.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and architects for seamless delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage client communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer.
• Strong expertise in Pega frameworks, case management, and business process design.
• Proficiency in Java for customizations and integrations.
• Solid understanding of SQL for data handling and database interactions.
• Experience preparing low-level design documents.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to align technical implementations with business value drivers.
