Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Pega-based applications and modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega PRPC applications using flows, activities, data pages, and case management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Implement coding best practices, security standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Debug, test, and document software components while participating in code reviews.
• Ensure continuous improvement through adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC design and development.
• Strong proficiency in Pega frameworks, ruleset versioning, and integrations.
• Experience with integration components including SOAP, REST, JMS, and MQ.
• Pega certifications such as CSSA or CSA.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
