You will design and architect secure applications, operating systems, and databases for on-prem and cloud environments.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
Architect secure GOTS/COTS applications and protect organizational data against unauthorized disclosure or modification.
Install and configure SecureSphere Imperva Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Database Activity Monitoring (DAM).
Secure network traffic via AWS API Gateway, Application Load Balancers, VPC, Security Groups, and IAM.
Troubleshoot complex security challenges using tools and appliances in on-prem and cloud-based systems.
Collaborate with commercial, custom, and government vendors on secure technology implementation.
Required Skills
6+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Java development.
U.S. Citizenship with an Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain TS/SCI and DHS Suitability.
2+ years of experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience with Splunk, Web Application Firewalls, and Python.
Familiarity with IDS/IPS, RSA Security Analytics (NetWitness), Symantec Bluecoat, Cisco FirePower, PKI, and certificates.
Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
5+ years of Cloud DevOps Administrative or Engineering experience.
3+ years of Network Security Identity Management tools engineering, specifically with Imperva WAF/DAM, NetWitness, Bluecoat, Cisco FirePower, or Splunk.
