Description

You will build and maintain infrastructure platforms for application development, networking, and observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop experimentation platforms for feature flagging and automated application test frameworks.
• Build multi-platform API Gateways and Service Meshes for L7 traffic management and service-to-service encryption.
• Manage observability platforms for system metrics, tracing, and log ingestion.
• Implement cost optimization for services running in public and private cloud environments.
• Translate high-level design decisions into functional technical solutions and reference architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and the HashiCorp stack.
• Experience managing infrastructure via AWS, OpenStack, or VMWare.
• Strong Linux system administration and command line proficiency.
• Knowledge of container technologies including Docker, Fargate, ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes using Jenkins or Concourse.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, OSI layers, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience with monitoring systems such as Grafana, InfluxDB, Nagios, Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience building and running containers on orchestration platforms.
