Description

You will design, build, and maintain software tools, interfaces, and Salesforce solutions to meet product requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design product functionality and user interfaces.
• Build, test, and maintain software tools to ensure all requirements are met.
• Define and verify hardware requirements and clarify interfaces between internal and external components.
• Implement software solutions, including failure analysis, testing, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical solution designs and deliver meaningful analytics and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in compiled languages: Java and C++.
• Experience with scripting languages: PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL, and Linux environments.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with data integrity, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics) and UI design within Salesforce.
• Experience leading a software development team.
• Basic understanding of financial markets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for resource-constrained systems, including embedded and application software development.
• Experience working with safety-critical systems.
