You will design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality backend microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy sustainable backend microservices.
• Select optimal technologies to solve complex technical problems.
• Transform data across distributed systems using specialized tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and third-party vendors.
• Follow established team processes and technical standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of industry experience building and deploying products.
• 4+ years of experience with Scala, Hadoop, and Redux.
• Proficiency with Spark, Presto, Hive, and HBase.
• Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, and Go.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies.
• Experience developing, unit testing, and performance testing backend services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ElasticBeanstalk, Quickbuild, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Mocha, Testdouble, or Chai.
