You will build and maintain core application services, focusing on system reliability and operational excellence.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Triage, debug, and resolve production issues quickly, performing root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Design and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards and tune alerts to prevent fatigue.
• Review and validate changes, coordinating deployments to production with minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain applications supporting multiple states and actively reduce technical debt.
• Perform quarterly audit reviews and reconcile billing summaries as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C and Linux environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases and schema design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Git version control.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively with global, offshore, and onsite development teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of networking concepts.
• Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Jira Boards and Postman.
