Description

You will design, build, and automate enterprise-level solutions using the Power Platform while leading a small team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Manage backend integrations with SharePoint Online and SQL Server.
• Lead a small team of 3-4 members to ensure timely project delivery and resolve technical issues.
• Estimate work effort, maintain project timelines, and provide administration and functional support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development.
• Expertise in Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).
• Proficiency with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SQL Server.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents.
• Ability to integrate Power Platform with backend data sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
