Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency backend services for FX trading platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable microservices using Java and Spring, ensuring fault tolerance and high availability.
• Design and implement APIs and inter-system communication protocols for platform integrations.
• Drive architecture discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategies.
• Investigate production incidents and implement corrective actions to improve platform reliability.
• Mentor team members and enforce engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend engineering and software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and the Spring framework.
• Proven experience designing high-load distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of Linux environments, containers, and cloud deployment concepts.
• Proficiency with SDLC tools: Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins, and TeamCity.
• Experience with GCP technologies, specifically Anthos and GKE.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, gRPC, and Spark.
