Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and microservices with a focus on LLM and Copilot functionality for contact center tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain .NET applications and microservices using established design patterns.
• Integrate LLM tools, APIs, and third-party services into the .NET framework.
• Implement efficient SQL/NoSQL database structures and use Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in agile scrum processes, including code reviews and pull request evaluations with a focus on security.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and design patterns.
• Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Engine.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and Git.
• Experience with Continuous Integration workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS specifically using Kafka and EKS.
• Proficiency in ReactJS.
