Description

You will design, implement, and maintain backend services using Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, and implement software development work.
• Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements for new or improved modules.
• Evaluate and improve the existing codebase using software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot reported issues, researching and recommending solutions.
• Participate in peer reviews and adopt relevant new technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years designing and developing web services applications.
• Strong experience with REST, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger APIs.
• Proficiency in modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy Core, Pydantic, etc.).
• Expertise in data modeling and writing complex queries in SQL (Postgres).
• Experience with Git, bug tracking, and team collaboration.
• Basic understanding of Containerization and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD).
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams (PMs, designers).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
