Description

You will develop, deploy, and manage software applications to deliver new data management capabilities for the Enterprise Data Management team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex business problems into solvable technical components and recommended solutions.
• Develop and maintain software applications using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Build and support APIs to meet evolving business requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge with the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience developing APIs using Flask.
• Solid experience with databases, including Oracle and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like OAuth and JSON Web Token.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools including GitHub and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Hadoop.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
