Description

You will design and implement low-latency, high-availability applications using Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient server-side code.
• Integrate user-facing elements with backend services and data storage.
• Build and maintain SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Implement security, data protection, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Python and web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and memory management.
• Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in multi-threaded programming and designing for scalability.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Competency in unit testing, debugging, and Git.
• Understanding of server-side templating languages like Jinja 2 or Mako.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices, Big Data technologies, MySQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
• Exposure to scientific libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of AngularJS and UNIX/LINUX environments.
