Description

You will build and maintain code for a large, service-oriented platform driven by APIs. You will develop simple, elegant solutions for a system used by millions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full life-cycle development within an Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Build and maintain code for a service-oriented architecture.
• Collaborate within a technical team to implement API-driven services.
• Deploy and manage services in cloud-based environments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional hands-on experience.
• Python as a primary programming language.
• Proficiency in PHP.
• Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Go, Node.JS, or memcached.
• Background in performance tuning and continuous development and deployment.
