Description

You will build and maintain AI agent workflows using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end agent workflows handling JSON input, payload processing, chunking, and recursive algorithmic loops.
• Create and configure AI agents using Cash Platform, Agent Studio, and Vortex AI Agent Builder.
• Validate AI pipeline health, review code changes, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify blockers and propose automation improvements.
• Ensure scalability and performance of AI agent integrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and AI orchestration.
• Proficiency in Agentic AI development and automation.
• Hands-on experience with JSON structures and data processing.
• Understanding of ML concepts including forward pass, backpropagation, and chunking strategies.
• Ability to build and configure agents in platforms like Vortex AI or similar.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills for AI-driven systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dashboard logic and workflow reliability monitoring.
• Background in Data Engineering or AI solution optimization.
