You will build and enhance internal tools that make engineering and business teams more efficient using AI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute on clearly defined internal use cases with your team lead and Product/BA partners.
• Accelerate development cycles by leveraging AI-driven workflows to generate, refine, and maintain code.
• Collaborate across global teams contributing to shared internal platforms and tooling.
• Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding within GitHub.
• Write and debug code manually when AI tools are not the optimal path.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Full-stack engineering background with at least one client-side framework (Angular preferred).
• Full-stack engineering background with at least one server-side language (.NET/C# preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with AI assisted development tools such as Claude, CoPilot, etc.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Ability to clearly articulate how you’ve used agentic tools in real development workflows.
• Experience with Github.
• Experience with C# and .net.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or developer productivity solutions.
• Exposure to modern DevOps or CI/CD workflows in GitHub.
