You will develop software systems for research prototypes running on a cascaded edge-device plus cloud compute architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop software systems for research prototypes on edge-device plus cloud architecture.
• Build interactive experiences across smart glasses, cloud, and mobile devices with designers and prototypeurs.
• Integrate machine learning models into the prototype system with ML engineers and researchers.
• Maintain and update the prototype system to accommodate evolving interactive experiences and ML model progress.

Required Skills

• Strong programming ability in C#, C/C++, Python, and Java.
• Experience with Android development on edge devices such as smart glasses and phones.
• Expert problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with cutting-edge technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrating computer vision and machine learning models like hand tracking in real-time experiences.
• Experience with real-time 3D development for AR/VR, including Unity or Unreal.
