Description

You will develop software for hardware integration and automation within the consumer electronics domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to integrate hardware components like cameras, motion stages, and manufacturing robots.
• Build scalable, reusable systems to enable automated data collection and hardware swaps.
• Interface directly with firmware and hardware to facilitate device communication.
• Design and execute automation procedures and experiments to validate product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience interfacing with hardware components and firmware.
• Proven testing and debugging skills for hardware/software issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience commissioning and operating complex measurement and test equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform device calibration using proprietary equipment.
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
