Own technical delivery and integration of AI-powered solutions within engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources to deliver assigned project outcomes.
• Evaluate, adapt, and integrate new tools and workflows, focusing on AI capabilities.
• Lead proof-of-concept implementations for emerging technologies.
• Evaluate technical issues and develop comprehensive solutions.
• Define project requirements and scope by communicating with clients.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Demonstrated experience with LLMs and AI/ML integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Linux OS (CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu).
• Experience with Windows OS and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience planning and designing customer solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with C++, Java, or Ruby.
